Hunt Location - South Island, New Zealand

Your hunt will begin in the heart of the South Island high country on Glen Lyon station, a privately owned 100,000 acre property surrounded by majestic mountains, lakes and rivers. Hunting on private land ensures top quality and quantity. Glen Lyon station is near Mount Cook, New Zealands largest mountain, and is owned and run by Crocs sister and her husband. The area is traditionally very hot in summer and cold in winter with stunning views of snow capped mountains and crystal clear glacial lakes year round. With direct access to the river there is no better way to relax during or after the hunt than fishing for a Rainbow or Brown Trout.

Based in the lake town of Wanaka, Croc and his wife Bridget are located within a stones throw of large alpine lakes, rivers, bush tracks, mountains and several of New Zealands largest ski fields. With just a one hour drive to Queenstown, the home of New Zealands adventure tourism, or a three hour drive to New Zealands rugged South Island West Coast, there are many reasons for you and your family to stay on after the hunt and enjoy the lakes district. The family home may be used for your first nights rest after a flight into Queenstown where Croc will meet you to begin your hunt.

The setting alone is an unforgettable experience.
